Every piece is made with intention — and we want you to feel confident shopping with us.

We want you to love your order — and we stand behind every piece we create.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned in original packaging (if possible)

Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
